I’m looking forward to speaking in Las Vegas for the Catersource / Event Solutions Conference and Trade Show on March 8, 2015. I haven’t been to this conference in a few years and I’m so excited to be back! So many of my catering friends from my time with the International Caterers Association will be there and it’s going to be cool to see them. My Event Solutions session is going to feature campaigns I’ve run for Executive Caterers, Rock The House, and Colortone Staging and Rentals. What’s exciting to me is that these campaigns have all been road tested and can be adopted and adapted by almost anyone. While I enjoy an inspirational speaker, my strong suit is being someone who offers practical business advice for event professionals trying to do it all.
