I had the pleasure of being interviewed by Richard D’Ambrosio of Travel Market Report on the topic of social media strategies of engagement that travel agents should be trying in 2018. Social media continues to evolve for both the users and for the advertisers and brands that depend on them more and more for their lead generating abilities.
